About Camp Phoenix
Camp Phoenix at the Baynes Family Farm is designed to provide underprivileged kids the opportunity to experience a full residential summer camp experience in the great outdoors. Having FUN is our mission! The Baynes Family Farm sponsors this summer camp and with donations from partners in the community, family friends and extraordinary people like you, Camp Phoenix is able to host this camp every year.

For many of our campers it was their first time under the camp fire, fishing and watching movies under the stars.
Animal Conservators
Visit
The campers took a visit to the local animal conservator where they saw many exotic and unique animals.
Campers participated in arts and crafts, team building activities, basketball and many others fun games.
Arts and Crafts, board games and team games
Camp Phoenix is again partnering with Families Moving Forward (FMF) for the 2018 summer camp season. FMF, based in Durham, NC, provides families with children a stable, safe and loving environment while they are in the temporary crisis of homelessness. We expect more first-time campers in 2018 and we intend to create a fun-filled experience that they will never forget!
We are rolling up our sleeves and are ready to work for the betterment of these wonderful children. Please join our efforts to provide these children a big dose of FUN and more importantly HOPE!
